The air conditioning unit was ridiculously noisy, it seemed like a jet engine in my room. I was also shocked there were no drawers to put my clothes in-just baffling! As a special guest, i expected a complimentary welcome gift, or really any gesture, but of course, nothing. I was almost going to write a good review, but just couldn't.

I stayed 5 days,1st day the air con didn't worked and I had a double room at 5th floor(last one) and was extremelly hot.(next day fixed) plus you could hear everything what people said from the other room.Booked a double room, received a twin bed(the don't have double bed).I Was moved 4th floor in a better room next day.no frige,.they clean the room every day,but you don't receive any shampoo or shower gel, exept in the first day.Manager in ok,but the stuff from the reception not that friendly. They do have better apartments for family(my friends said are ok) and also some activities for children, nice swimming pool.Food not best, but is ok.IF You book with this hotel, also book a transfer from the aeroport here, because are 70 km,and taxi costs £70 one way.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a really really nice stay on vacation. The rooms were quiet and with 2 single beds. I could use a safe box, a work desk and satellite television.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic and very helpful. The food is also very good.
If your looking to work on your computer then don't stay here as there is no wireless. It can also be quite noisy as the sound travels all the way through this hotel.

Had a lovely stay! The staff were proper friendly and the food was decent, always something on offer. Location was top-notch, just a short stroll to the beach. Only downside was the pool area could get a bit crowded. But overall, a right good time!

We had no hot water for four days when temperatures were in the thirties. Cold showers are not comfortable and no hot water for shaving. Food was ok but cooked to a frazzled state especially in the breakfasts.

The beach is just a five-minute stroll away, a solid perk for any sun-seeker. The pool area has a decent size and depth, and the lifeguard ensures a safe environment for family fun.
Beds was like lying on boxes-not the most comfortable setup for a solid night's sleep. The air conditioning varies. Some rooms have decent cooling, while others are a noisy struggle to keep up. Food options can get repetitive, as I found little variety across my stay, particularly with the meat dishes. The bar area gets cluttered quickly, leaving you juggling for a seat or waiting a bit longer than usual for your drinks. Sun loungers are in high demand-get there early or risk waiting until afternoon to snag a spot. I also noticed a faint stench from the bathroom drains that could use some attention.

room rate is good and location is very good.
description of room size is misleading. breakfast service is chaotic when busy as not enough machines i.e. toaster and tea/coffee/hot water machines.

Property is gorgeous, very clean pool, airy rooms. Units with microwave. Location just off beach bars and restaurants, a sandy beach and the residential area of cala millor. 15 minutes walk from Cala Millor...
Hair in the room.

my stay was fantastic, thanks to the friendly staff and the hotel's prime spot just a few steps from Cala Millor beach, with charming cafes like Migjorn Gastrobar practically at my doorstep, making it super easy to grab a bite while soaking in the sun.

The included breakfast offered a decent variety, though the fresh fruit selection was lacking. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room warm at night, and there was a notable absence of drawers for storage in the room. The dining options felt repetitive after a while, which could be improved.

great location but some amenities need improvement
Shops and restaurants are right at your doorstep. I loved how close the beach was, just a quick stroll away, perfect for lazy days under the sun. The reception area was modern, cute, and set a great first impression, while the shower had excellent pressure for quick refreshers after a hot day. I also appreciated that the air conditioning could be kept on while I was out, avoiding a sweltering return to my room.
